Professional Student Services Personnel (PSSP) represents 80 child and youth counsellors, social workers, speech and language pathologists, and psychologists
Halton Occasional Teacher (HSOT) represents over 600 secondary occasional teachers
Office Clerical Technical Unit (OCTU)represents 280 secretaries, media clerks, repair technician, library technicians, offset operators, and shipper/receivers

OSSTF District 20 represents over 2,000 education workers
including secondary teachers, professional student services
personnel, office, clerical, and technical staff.
The district has within it 17 high schools and 87 elementary schools.
The District maintains a permanent office with an Executive Assistant on staff.
The Teacher Bargaining Unit has three release officers: President (elected),
Chief Negotiator (staff), and the Health and Benefits Officer (staff).
